I Can’t Log in to the App

  • Are you part of Johns Hopkins? 

Only Johns Hopkins students, staff, and faculty have access to the app. If you do not have a JHED ID and password, you will be unable to login to the app. 

  • Is your password correct? 

You may have trouble logging in if your password is incorrect or needs to be updated through the myJH system. To recover or update your password, please go to my.jh.edu and access the myProfile section.  

Note: your password is not controlled by this app and must be updated on myJH. 

  • Are you using the correct email to sign in?

You must use the suffix: @jh.edu on the enterprise login system. If you are using @jhu.edu or @jhmi.edu, you will not be able to login.

  • Are you on a Wi-Fi or data network? 

Your phone must be accessible to a Wi-Fi or data network to be able to login to the app. Please check that you have these services are enabled and working properly. 

  • Still experiencing issues?  

If you are unable to login and are part of Johns Hopkins, there may be an issue with the enterprise authentication system. Please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance
