SAP provides your reporting structure for both JHU and JHHS. Our Vaccination Management System (VMS) is the source of vaccination records. Your team members will display as vaccinated and compliant if the system has them reported as fully vaccinated.
To update your reporting structure, please contact your HR Business Partner and fill out an Internal Service Request (ISR). Once that information is updated in SAP, this view will update. Note: Only personnel in SAP will display (inactive employees, students, volunteers, contractors, and other temporary employees will not display). There is a delay between individuals leaving Johns Hopkins and their IDs deactivating.
If they received their vaccination(s) outside of Johns Hopkins, there may be a delay between documentation submission and approval/updates within VMS. Please ensure they have submitted documentation to VMS. If they submitted documentation more than a week ago and VMS is still not updated, please ask the employee to email vms@jhu.edu for assistance.
