If you are still in the COVID Health Check, you can tap the back button on your app at any time to navigate back to a question and change your response.
The COVID Health Check will also send a prompt before submission if your responses match COVID-19 symptoms/exposure asking you to double-check that you would like to submit.
If you submit responses that match COVID-19 symptoms/exposure in error, you should call the Johns Hopkins COVID Call Center (443-287-8500). The COVID Call Center can reset your survey immediately if you do not report COVID-19 symptoms/exposure. Contacting the Johns Hopkins COVID Call Center is the only way to reset the COVID Health Check and your Campus Pass.
