If you have completed a COVID Health Check anywhere within the last 12 hours, you do not need to complete your health survey on the app. You should see a green campus pass when you navigate to your home screen. Regular COVID Health Checks are required for access to Johns Hopkins campuses.
COVID Health Check responses are securely stored for 30 days.
If your responses match COVID-19 symptoms/exposure, your information will be sent to health representatives at the Johns Hopkins COVID Call Center. Your responses matching COVID-19 symptoms/exposure may be shared confidentially with that team or administrators. They are working to help keep you and the community safe. COVID Health Check symptom information is not shared with the Johns Hopkins COVID Call Center if responses do not match COVID-19 symptoms/exposure.
If you are still in the COVID Health Check, you can tap the back button on your app at any time to navigate back to a question and change your response.
The COVID Health Check will also send a prompt before submission if your responses match COVID-19 symptoms/exposure asking you to double-check that you would like to submit.
If you submit responses that match COVID-19 symptoms/exposure in error, you should call the Johns Hopkins COVID Call Center. The COVID Call Center can reset your survey immediately if you do not report COVID-19 symptoms/exposure. Contacting the Johns Hopkins COVID Call Center is the only way to reset the COVID Health Check and your Campus Pass.
