Who is the app for?
Prodensity is currently available to faculty, students, staff, and affiliates at all Johns Hopkins campuses. The app is built for those faculty, students, staff, and affiliates that plan to access campus.
What phones or operating systems does the app support?
The JH Prodensity mobile app currently only supports the following versions: Android 8.1+ (8.1-12) and iOS 13+ (13-15).
Note: if you do not have a phone that supports these versions, you can still take your COVID Health Check and receive a Campus Pass online.
What features of the app am I required to use if I’m on campus?
You must complete the COVID Health Check and be compliant with vaccine and testing requirements (if applicable) to access campus. If you are assigned to a work location that has density requirements, you are required to check in and check out of your space each day. The COVID Health Check can also be done online. You may ask a main security desk employee to check you in or out manually.
Who benefits from my participation with this app?
Using the app helps keep the Johns Hopkins campus communities safe and open during the COVID-19 pandemic. The app also provides up-to-date information that will help keep you aware of resources, changes, and updates to daily campus life.
How does the app help to keep the campus open?
The app provides a COVID Health Check to ensure users with COVID-19 symptoms receive assistance and isolate from others if necessary. It also keeps track of vaccine compliance, individual testing requirements (but not test results), and ensures workspaces do not have more than the permitted number of occupants.
