If you have previously indicated you will be living or working on or near a Johns Hopkins campus or worksite in the Baltimore area at least once a week and you will be no longer be doing so, go to Settings and press Campus Status. Please ensure you have updated your app to the current version of Prodensity.
Your campus status may be determined by multiple factors: your previous replies to status questions, WiFi access and/or badge swipes, or data from JHU Housing that indicates you are a residential student.
If you press Campus Status and get to a screen that says Onboarding Complete, you do not need to do anything else at this time.
If you get to the screen below, please proceed with the following instructions.
Press Change Campus Status. On the next screen, toggle the green button from On Campus to Not On Campus and then press Save Status.
