Campus Status and Travel Registration

Information for Undergraduate Students and Peabody Graduate Students

Travel registration will not be available for the summer. Please re-launch the Onboarding Questions as directed below if/when you are leaving for the summer.

If you have previously indicated that you will be living on or near campus in the Baltimore area for the current semester and you will be leaving the area for more than a day or two, go to Settings and press Campus Status and Travel Registration.

You must alter your Return to Campus Status if you are no longer planning to live on or near campus for the semester; press the Onboarding Questions button to do so.

You will need to complete your Travel Registration if you are temporarily planning to be away from campus. Please ensure the end date is the last day you will not be on campus, not the date you return. Once your temporary leave has been recorded, you will be exempt from the testing requirements and your Health screen will reflect this “away” status.

Information for Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Students (non-Peabody)

If you have previously indicated that you will be accessing a Johns Hopkins campus during the current semester and you will no longer be doing so for more than a few days, you will need to indicate this change by going to Settings and pressing Campus Status and Leave.

If you will no longer be accessing campus during the current semester, press the Onboarding Questions button to change your response.

If you will be away for a few days, press the Submit New Request button in the Campus Leave section.

Once any temporary leave has been recorded, you will be exempt from the testing requirements and your Health screen will reflect this “away” status.
