Per Johns Hopkins policy, all faculty, staff, postdoctoral fellows, and undergraduate and graduate students who will be working or studying at a Johns Hopkins campus or worksite in the U.S are required to get either the Pfizer or Moderna COVID booster shot by February 1, 2022, or as soon as they become eligible (whichever is later).

Need to Submit Vaccine Proof?
If you did not receive your COVID booster vaccine at a Johns Hopkins site, you will need to upload your vaccine documentation to the Vaccine Management System (VMS).
Follow the instructions on how to Submit Your COVID Vaccine and/or Booster Vaccine Documentation. Follow all testing and masking requirements as outlined by Johns Hopkins policies. The daily COVID Health Check is required per Johns Hopkins policy, regardless of vaccination status.
