If you received your influenza (flu) vaccine at a Johns Hopkins location, you may select View Record to access your vaccine information.
Note: COVID-19 vaccine and booster vaccine information is not stored within VMS, even if you were vaccinated at a Johns Hopkins location. Select Find Record for more information on accessing your COVID vaccine records.
If you did not receive your flu vaccine at a Johns Hopkins location, you may select Find Record for more information on accessing your flu vaccine records.
